The purpose of the Solidarity Fund in Reinen IL is to ensure that financial constraints do not prevent children and young people from participating in activities or trips organized by the club. It aims to be socially sustainable and maintain high participation rates in sports among interested children and youth.
Guidelines for Reinen IL's Solidarity Fund:
- The fund's target group is children/youth between 6-19 years
- Only active members of Reinen IL, or those considering membership, may apply to the fund
- Applicants must provide: purpose of the application, applicant's background, requested amount, affiliation to the club/team, child's name, and parent/guardian's signature
- Applications are processed by the club's board in close collaboration with team leader(s). Applications are processed on an ongoing basis
- Support is provided for Reinen IL activities organized by the club. In special cases, support for activity fees and membership dues may also be granted
- Approved amounts are generally paid from Reinen IL's Solidarity Fund to the team account for the respective member. In individual cases, other arrangements may be made by agreement
